Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, but we will provide you the correct product in case an incorrect product is delivered.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible because the products are personalized and cannot be used by other customers.
Refunds
All sales are final. Items cannot be returned or refunded due to their customized nature.
